Who We Are
J.F. Sullivan Construction is a Naples, Florida–based residential construction company specializing in single-family custom homes, new construction, renovations, and additions.
The company is led by Joe Sullivan, a State Certified Building Contractor with more than 30 years of experience in the Naples and Collier County construction industry.
Joe began his career locally in 1993, working with established construction firms where he learned the business from the ground up. In 2007, he founded J.F. Sullivan Construction to provide homeowners with hands-on project management, quality craftsmanship, and reliable execution.
A Florida native, Joe is the eldest of seven children and a graduate of the University of Notre Dame. His background and experience guide the company’s commitment to building well- crafted homes that meet Florida’s standards while reflecting each client’s vision.
